03 The view
The view from Cassy.
Every suite at CORE faces the water, Cassy included. That is the one thing the category system guarantees.
Outside those doors, Cassy has a terrace table looking at the bay. That is what the photographs on this page show. What is true of the whole hillside: the town is across the water, about five kilometres away by road, and aircraft on final approach pass in view of the terraces. Guests here describe that as a spectacle rather than a nuisance.
Cassy’s living room opens through a wide door onto the pines and the terrace. A long built-in sofa with blue patterned cushions runs the length of the wall; the front door opens the other way, into the garden path between the suites.
The bedroom holds a bed with teal cushions, a ceiling fan, a dressing mirror, and a carved wooden panel on the wall opposite. The bathroom is a walk-in shower in deep green tiles under a backlit mirror. The photographs on this page are of that same room, not a shared category stock set.
What you book is still the Deluxe category. Magda and Gregory assign Cassy, Alex 2 or Vassiliki on the morning you arrive. The name on the door is how the house knows the room; it is not a line you can reserve on the booking form. From the terrace table you look across the bay toward Skiathos Town, about five kilometres by road.

Core Luxury Suites is at Pounta Lazareta, on the hillside on the far side of the bay from Skiathos Town. Every time below is by car.

Measured on Google Maps from the door, 2 September 2026. The footpath into town is shorter in kilometres than the road and takes about forty minutes on foot, so the town is not walkable in any useful sense: plan on a car or a taxi. There is no bus on this side of the island, and the property runs no transfer service.
