before you come.
How close are you to Skiathos Town?
CORE is on the Pounta hillside across the bay. The old port is approximately 13 minutes by car, or 41 minutes on foot. We recommend a car for exploring the island and returning to the property.
Can I book a specific suite?
You book one of five categories: Signature, Family, Superior, Deluxe or Classic. Your hosts assign a suite within that category according to availability. Named suites are part of the property’s character, rather than individually selectable rooms.
Is there a pool, restaurant or breakfast?
There is no pool, restaurant, bar or breakfast service at CORE. This is a place for an independent stay, with the island’s beaches and tavernas to explore. Check the amenities of your category when booking.
How do we arrive from the airport?
Skiathos Airport is approximately six minutes away by car. Taxis are available at the airport and port. CORE does not operate or arrange transfers; your hosts can share a local taxi number if you need one.
Which category is suitable for families?
The Family category accommodates four guests, while Signature accommodates up to five. Enter your adults and children in the availability search to see the options and exact conditions for your dates.
Is there parking at the property?
Yes — free private parking on site, inside the gate, and you do not need to reserve a space. There is no bus on this side of the bay, so nearly every guest keeps a hire car for the week and parks it here between outings.
What time can we arrive, and when do we leave?
Check-in is from 15:00 and your hosts take arrivals until 23:30. Check-out is by 11:00, with the door open from 07:00 if you have an early flight — the airport is about six minutes away. Tell Magda and Gregory before you travel if you will be late.
