Accessibility statement

The build target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA. The assessment behind this page is our own. No independent audit has been carried out yet, and this page will name the auditor and the date when one has.

• A skip link at the top of every page, and one main landmark to skip into.
• Headings in order, and a labelled breadcrumb, navigation and footer on every page.
• Everything reachable and operable from the keyboard, with a visible focus outline that is never removed.
• Targets of at least 44 pixels on links, buttons, the menu and the form fields.
• No carousel, no pop-up, no autoplay and no chat bubble. Nothing moves in front of what you are reading.
• Animation and smooth scrolling stop when your system asks for reduced motion.
• Real text everywhere. Nothing is baked into an image, so it all reflows and enlarges.
• Every image carries an alt attribute. A photograph that says something a caption does not is described; one that is there for the look of it is marked empty, so a screen reader passes over it instead of reading a filename.
• The availability form works without JavaScript, and its errors are announced to a screen reader rather than only shown.
• Typefaces are self-hosted and the pages are light, because a good deal of this is read on island 4G.

• No independent audit and no testing with assistive-technology users yet.
• The site is available in English, Greek, Italian, German, French and Spanish.
• The spatial tour is a visual experience. It carries a written explanation of what it is and what it does not show, and a downloadable film, but there is no full text equivalent of the views themselves.
• Arrival and departure dates use your browser’s own date control, which behaves differently from one browser to the next.

An accessible website that is silent about the building helps nobody. Core Luxury Suites is built on a hillside above the sea, and there are steps between its levels. It sits five kilometres by road from Skiathos Town, with no bus on this side of the bay.

This page will not describe the property as accessible or inaccessible without a verified account of the steps, bathrooms and parking. Write to us, tell us exactly what you need, and we will tell you whether the house can offer it.

The European Accessibility Act has applied to e-commerce services since June 2025, with an exemption for microenterprises — fewer than ten staff and under two million euro of turnover. A house of fourteen suites is very likely exempt, and the site is being built to AA regardless.
