Area, coastline, elevation and population are island reference figures; the beach count is the number with a dedicated page on the Municipality's own site. The island is usually credited with more than sixty beaches in total, which is a looser and less checkable count.
How long is every crossing to Skiathos, and how short is the runway?

Airport figures. The runway is the reason the approach is famous and the reason the terminal fills at a summer changeover.
How far is everything from Core Luxury Suites?
The airport is about six minutes by car, the old port thirteen, the nearest beach seven and Koukounaries twenty-nine. On foot the port is about forty-one minutes — shorter in kilometres than the drive, because the road goes around the runway.
| From Core Luxury Suites to | By car | On foot |
|---|---|---|
| Skiathos Airport | 6 min · about 2 km | 34 min |
| Psarochoma beach | 7 min | 45 min |

| The old port | 13 min · 5.0 km | 41 min · 2.8 km |
| Koukounaries beach | 29 min | 3 h 25 min |
Measured on Google Maps from the property. The pattern to notice is in the port row: 5.0 km by road against 2.8 km on foot. The road goes around the bay and the airport runway; the footpath cuts across. It is why the drive is quicker and the walk is shorter, and why we describe the town as thirteen minutes away rather than as nearby.
There is no bus service on the Pounta side of the bay. Every driving time on this page assumes a car or a taxi, and Core Luxury Suites does not run or arrange transfers of any kind.
What are the numbers for the house itself?
Fourteen suites, sold as five categories holding two to four rooms each. Capacity is two in Classic, two to four in Deluxe, primarily two (occasionally three) in Superior, four in Family and up to five in Signature. The minimum stay is two nights, and the stated season runs from May to October.
| Category | Suites | Sleeps |
|---|---|---|
| Signature | 2 | Up to 5 |
| Family | 3 | 4 |
| Superior | 4 | 2 (up to 3) |
| Deluxe | 3 | 2 to 4 |
| Classic | 2 | 2 |
| Total | 14 | — |
You book a category, not a named suite. The hosts assign a room on arrival from what is available, so a name cannot be selected or requested. The counts sit on the category pages: two Signature suites, sleeping up to five, three Family suites, sleeping four, and so on down.
Check-in is from 15:00, arrivals are taken until 23:30, and check-out is by 11:00 with the door open from 07:00. The times on your booking confirmation are the ones that bind.
Numbers we deliberately do not publish: suite floor areas in square metres, and rates. Neither has been confirmed to us in a form we would stand behind, and an invented figure on a page like this would undo the point of the page. Ask the hosts and they will tell you.
