Legal notice

Why these lines have to exist.

Greek e-commerce rules require a business that sells online to identify itself plainly: who it is, where it is, how to reach it, and under which registrations it trades. A guest should never have to work out who took their money.

Tourism law adds one more. A registered accommodation has to display its MHTE registration number wherever it advertises, and that includes its own website. It belongs here and in the footer of every page once the number is on record.

Responsibility for the pages.

The text, the photographs and the design of this site were prepared for CORE Luxury Suites. The photographs are from the property’s own 2025 shoot.

How far the facts on these pages go is set out in the terms of use; what happens to your details is in the privacy policy. A separate ANASA II funding notice carries the publicity that a co-funded project requires.

Complaints and disputes.

Write to us first. If a consumer dispute cannot be settled that way, the Greek Consumer Ombudsman (Συνήγορος του Καταναλωτή), 144 Alexandras Avenue, 114 71 Athens, is the certified body for settling it out of court. The European Online Dispute Resolution platform closed on 20 July 2025 and is not an option any more.
