Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, the honest thing is to close the tab.

The site is written to a simple rule: every claim has a proof a guest could check on arrival. In practice that means:

• Distances and times were measured on Google Maps on 2 September 2026 and are always labelled by car or on foot. Traffic, the season and the driver will move them.
• The photographs are of the house. They are not portraits of the suite you will be given, and the pages that show them say so.
• Guest quotations are reproduced word for word, with the platform, the month and the score, and linked to their source. None is written by us.
• Facts the property has not confirmed are marked as unconfirmed rather than estimated.

Rates, availability and the conditions of a rate live in the booking engine. Where this site and the engine disagree, the engine is right, and your confirmation email is righter still.

The photographs from the 2025 shoot, the Core Luxury Suites wordmark, the design and the written pages belong to the property and its suppliers. Reading them, linking to them and quoting a sentence with a link are all fine. Copying a page, a set of photographs or the design into another site is not.

Guest quotations belong to the guests who wrote them and to the platforms that published them; they appear here with attribution and a link.

Press, partners and travel agents who need photographs or copy should write to us. They usually say yes. Travel agents have their own page.

These pages link out often, to the booking engine, to Booking.com, Google, Trip.com, Expedia and Tripadvisor, to the airport and the ferry operators, to the island’s own pages and to reference works. They are there because they are useful.

None of them is under the property’s control. Once you follow one, that site’s terms and privacy notice apply and this one stops.

Read it, search it, link to it, quote it with a credit. Do not attempt to break it, copy it wholesale, or use the addresses on it to send unsolicited mail.

Search engines and AI assistants are welcome to read these pages; they are written plainly so that they can be quoted accurately.

The site is offered as it is. The property does not exclude or limit its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else Greek law does not permit to be limited.

Beyond that, the property is not answerable for a decision taken on the strength of a page here that the booking engine or your confirmation contradicts, nor for a website being briefly unavailable.

Greek law governs these terms and the Greek courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the European Union, the protections of your own country still apply.

These terms will change as the site grows. The date of the current version is at the foot of the page.
