How is the inventory structured?
Fourteen suites in five categories: Signature (2, sleeps up to 5), Family (3, sleeps 4), Superior (4, primarily sleeps 2, occasionally up to 3), Deluxe (3, sleeps 2–4) and Classic (2, sleeps 2). Allocation is by category; named suites are not sellable units.
What does the property not offer?
No restaurant, bar, breakfast service or pool, and no transfer service of any kind. It is a hillside property with steps between levels. Please brief clients on all of this before booking.
Where is it, precisely?
Pounta Lazareta, 370 02 Skiathos. On the opposite side of the bay from Skiathos Town: about 13 minutes by car from the old port, about 6 from the airport, with no bus service on this side.
