What does booking direct with Core Luxury Suites actually give you?
The full inventory, live rates, and the owners on the other end of the email. What it does not give you is a discount we have invented for the page: the engine shows the real rate, and we would rather show you that than a claim.
The booking engine is WebHotelier, running on its own domain. The form on this site opens it with your dates, guest numbers and suite count already filled in, so you land on availability rather than on a search form. Payment and cancellation terms are shown there, by category and by date.

There is no published direct-booking offer at the time of writing. When the owners confirm one it will appear here with its conditions attached. Until then this page tells you how booking works, not what it saves you.

Questions about booking
Is it cheaper to book direct?
We will not claim a discount we cannot show you. Direct booking gives you the full inventory and the hosts on the other end of the email; the engine shows the live rate whichever way you arrive at it.
What is the minimum stay?
Two nights. A suite cannot be booked for a single night. If you need to know whether that rises in high season, write to the hosts before planning around it.
Where does payment happen?
On WebHotelier, the booking engine, which runs on its own domain and shows the rate, deposit and cancellation conditions for your dates and category. This website takes no payment and stores no card details.
Can we hold dates while we decide?
Ask the hosts. Availability at a fourteen-suite property moves quickly in July and August, and what is possible depends on the dates. Magda and Gregory will tell you honestly.
When is the property open?
The stated season runs May to October. The booking engine shows what is actually open for the dates you try.
What is the cancellation policy?
It belongs to the rate, not to the house. Each rate on the engine carries its own cancellation terms and shows them before you pay, so read the ones attached to the rate you are choosing rather than assuming one policy covers all of them.
Are taxes included in the price?
Greek law charges a climate crisis resilience fee on every paid overnight stay, set per room per night and higher from April to October. It is not part of the room rate and cannot be waived. The engine shows the room total and the taxes as separate lines before you pay.
How do we pay, and is a card needed?
By card, on WebHotelier, at the moment you reserve. This site takes no payment and stores no card details: the form here carries only your dates and party size across to the engine, which handles the money and sends the confirmation.
