Una sola cosa, hecha sin prisas. Un barco a Lalaria por la ma\u00f1ana o la subida a Kastro, en el norte; despu\u00e9s, una tarde sin destino concreto y una cena en las callejuelas detr\u00e1s del puerto, en vez de en el paseo mar\u00edtimo.<\/p>\n

Lalaria<\/a> es el lugar en torno al que organizar una ma\u00f1ana: guijarros blancos, un arco natural en la roca, ning\u00fan servicio y acceso \u00fanicamente en barco cuando el mar est\u00e1 completamente en calma. Kastro<\/a> es la otra opci\u00f3n: la ciudad que los isle\u00f1os fundaron hacia 1360 para protegerse de las incursiones piratas, a la que se llega caminando media hora desde el aparcamiento o en kaiki desde el old port, una ruta que el Ayuntamiento recomienda por el propio trayecto.<\/p>\n

Por la noche, el centro hist\u00f3rico<\/a> es tan compacto que entre el paseo mar\u00edtimo y las calles situadas una manzana detr\u00e1s solo hay treinta segundos a pie, pero parecen dos vacaciones distintas.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Tranquilas y orientadas hacia la ciudad, al otro lado del agua. Las terraces miran a Skiathos Town y a las luces del puerto, con los aviones descendiendo detr\u00e1s. Aqu\u00ed no hay bar ni restaurante, as\u00ed que pasar la noche en el alojamiento significa realmente quedarse en \u00e9l.<\/p>\n

Esa es la elecci\u00f3n que exige la ladera. Cenar fuera supone trece minutos en coche por trayecto y decidir qui\u00e9n conduce; cenar dentro significa una terrace, lo que haya comprado esa tarde en la ciudad y la luz cayendo sobre la bah\u00eda.<\/p>\n

La mayor\u00eda de las parejas que se alojan aqu\u00ed acaba saliendo unas tres noches durante la semana y pasando el resto en el alojamiento. La propiedad es cerrada y tranquila, algo que varios hu\u00e9spedes se\u00f1alan como motivo para volver.<\/p>\n

Al principio o al final de la temporada. Finales de mayo, principios de junio o septiembre ofrecen un mar c\u00e1lido sin el ambiente de mediados de agosto, y tambi\u00e9n es cuando mejor se disfrutan la costa norte, las excursiones en barco y los paseos.<\/p>\n

Septiembre es el mes que eligen muchos visitantes habituales: el mar conserva el calor, la isla se vac\u00eda despu\u00e9s de la tercera semana de agosto y la luz de la tarde en este lado de la bah\u00eda es la mejor del a\u00f1o.
